In Manitoba, perogies are more than just comfort food. They're a tradition! From family gatherings and holiday feasts to community fundraisers, perogies have been bringing people together for generations.

At Amanda Lynn Gluten Free, that tradition runs deep. Amanda learned the art of perogy making alongside her beloved Mom and Baba, founder of Sevala's Ukrainian Deli in Winnipeg. From an early age, she learned the importance of quality ingredients, time-honoured recipes, and the love that goes into every handmade perogy.

After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, Amanda spent years perfecting a gluten-free dough that would deliver the same wonderful taste and texture as the traditional perogies she grew up making. And judging by the rave reviews from gluten free and gluten-loving customers alike, we'd say she nailed it!

Today, we proudly continue that family tradition in our dedicated gluten-free and nut-free facility in Anola, Manitoba. Every perogy is lovingly handcrafted, with fillings made from scratch using quality ingredients and locally sourced produce whenever possible.

With more than 20 varieties created over the years, including dairy-free and vegan options, we're passionate about making delicious comfort food that brings everyone back to the table.
