When life gets busy or priorities shift, it can be a challenge to spend time in the kitchen making nourishing meals. Forget takeout and eat well with our convenient oven ready meals!

Our founder Amanda Lynn and her team make all of our tantalizing meals from scratch in our dedicated gluten free facility in a small town called Anola, which is just east of Winnipeg, Manitoba. We use locally sourced ingredients that are consistently high quality and full of flavour.

You’ll find delicious, hearty soups like Beet Borsch, which is just like Amanda Lynn’s Ukrainian Baba (grandma) used to make, or the full flavour (and mild heat!) of our Mexican-inspired Chicken Tortilla Soup. Some things are time-limited and seasonal.

Other popular seasonal items include our Bacon-Wrapped Mini Meatloaf, Meatballs, and Potato-Topped Chicken Tourtière. There are also several different take-&-bake pizzas, including Dairy-Free Take-&-Bake Pizza and Vegan Take-&-Bake Pizza selections. Each and every menu item is ready for you to simply heat according to directions and enjoy at your own table. 

The convenience doesn’t stop there! You can order to pick up at Amanda Lynn Food & Gifts in Anola, MB. Or, if you live in Winnipeg, you can choose to have your order delivered to your home. Amanda Lynn Gluten Free perogies are also available from Manitoba’s best known Farmers Markets and in more than 60 retail locations across the province.
